Sharon 'Wonder Woman' Barrett
The leader of our Superteam, Sharon brings her amazing superpower of Mendsight to Zig Zags. Sharon only has to look at a garment or project and she knows immediately how (and if) it can be mended and also how to mend it!
Seeing her in action is incredible – talk about multitasking – she can handle multiple enquiries and guide the rest of the team to the correct solution and process. Tasks that seem impossible to complete are commonplace at Zigs, but Sharon’s cool demeanour and logical brain deliver innovative solutions to the most complex project. Customers are both delighted and amazed at the results.
Paul 'Superfixer' Barrett
Paul brings a whole range of talents to Zig Zags and has extended the capabilities of the company enormously. He can usually be found working in the Zig Zags SuperLab, a huge area dedicated to the more complex projects such as creating a cover for a 30 foot rescue boat, wind turbine engineer’s product development and adding zips to the most unlikely – and huge-articles. Similar to Sharon, he brings innovative solutions and a strong pair of hands allowing the company to undertake a much broader range of projects than previously.
Like a certain Victor Kiam who became famous as the spokesman for the Remington shaver. His catchphrase, “I liked it so much, I bought the company” made him a household name; Paul liked the company so much (but loved Sharon of course!) he married Sharon and joined the Superteam abandoning his own career.
Debra 'Supastitch'
Debra is the mainstay of our stitch team, bringing her years
of experience and the handling of our many professional stitching machines to
the fore, ensuing that the right tool for the right job is used.
Whether its curtains, jeans, dresses, jackets or most other garments, Debra will undertake and the projects and deliver great results.
